- Advise on various corporate and commercial matters related to the operation and business activities of many corporations and enterprises with local and international investment capital, including some of the largest automobile/motorcycle manufacturing and cement manufacturing companies in Vietnam. The legal advice covers many areas, including contracts, competition, tax, labor and employment, technology transfer, franchising, supporting clients in negotiation and mediation for dispute settlement; goods quality management, environmental law compliance, bidding advice; enterprises establishment and reorganization; consulting on business mergers and acquisitions; enterprises dissolution and bankruptcy, etc.;
