Mr. Nguyen The Hung is a Senior Counsel at the Hanoi office of Bizlink Lawyers.
Hung has over 20 years of legal practice. Before joining Bizlink Lawyers, Hung used to work as legal officer, in-house counsel in large corporation, State-owned companies, commercial banks in Vietnam. Hung has advised and provided in-depth legal assistances to both domestic and international corporations and institutions on various legal issues in sectors of banking, finance, insurance, capital market, debt structure, organization and operation of enterprises, dispute resolution. - Advice and participation on negotiation for loan syndication contracts for some projects in oil and gas fields of PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation (PVEP);
- Advice on and negotiation for ISDA frame contract with ANZ Banking.
- Advice on medium and long-term credit agreements and mortgage transactions of real estate and property rights in Viglacera Thang Long Number One project.
- Advice and documentation on several multi-million US Dollars credit transactions to Vietcombank and other giant commercial banks in Vietnam.

- Advice and support to bondholders in corporate bond swaps;
- Advice and participation in negotiation of trading transactions of corporate bonds of Sunrise Vietnam JSC., Nui Phao Mining Co. Ltd.;
- Advice and support to bondholder in a corporate bond swap with Vinashin.
- Dispute Resolution
- Advice and participation in litigation proceedings to protect the legitimate rights and interest of ADVF as the plaintiff in a case regarding request for cancellation of resolution of the general meetings of shareholders due to violation of procedures for convening shareholders;
- Advice and participation in litigation proceedings to protect the legitimate interest of P.I Vietnam as the person with related rights and obligations in a dispute regarding handling security assets;
- Advice and participation in litigation proceedings to protect the legitimate rights and interest of Sumitomo Nacco Forklift Vietnam as the defendant in a labor dispute regarding labor transfer.
